This Privacy Policy explains how Warner Asset Partners, LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you use SkinClub (the "Service"), and the choices and rights you have.
We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email address, to create your account and sign you in with secure email links.
- Display name you choose.
- Date of birth, to confirm you are 21 or older. Guests who use our age check provide a date of birth that we use only to set an age-check result in a cookie; we do not store it.
- Your agreement record: the date and version of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy you accepted.
- Messages you send to support.
Information created when you play
- Gameplay and coin history: spins (game, bet, result and win in virtual coins), daily bonuses, refills, free-spin rounds and your coin balance.
- Responsible play settings, such as breaks you set.
Device and usage data
- IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, referring page and timestamps, collected through server logs and, only if you consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Essential cookies: keep you signed in, hold a guest's temporary coin balance (signed so it cannot be altered), remember your age check and your cookie choices. These are required for the Service to work.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent.
- Advertising measurement cookies (Google Ads conversion measurement), only with your consent.
Information from Google Sign-In (if you choose it): your name, email address and profile picture URL from your Google account.
2. How we use information
- Running your account: creating and signing in to your account, keeping your balance and history, providing daily bonuses and refills, and support.
- Age verification and eligibility: making sure players are 21 or older and in the United States, and enforcing one account per person.
- Game integrity and security: preventing abuse, bots, multiple accounts and fraud, rate-limiting requests, and keeping the Service secure.
- Responsible play: session reminders and enforcing breaks you set.
- Analytics and ad measurement (with consent): understanding how the Service is used and measuring whether our own advertising leads to sign-ups.
- Legal compliance: meeting legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Use.
We do not use your information to offer real-money gambling, and we do not share it with gambling operators.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you consent to advertising cookies; you can change that choice at any time.
4. Google Sign-In
If you sign in with Google, we receive only the basic profile information Google provides (name, email address and profile picture URL). We use it only to authenticate you and create or sign in to your account. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or transfer it except as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.
5. Cookies, Consent Mode and how to opt out
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you allow analytics and advertising measurement cookies. Until you choose, and if you decline, Google tags are not loaded and we use Google Consent Mode v2 with all non-essential storage set to "denied". You can change your choice at any time using (also in the site footer) or our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of sharing for advertising. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser and install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
6. How long we keep information
- Account, coin and gameplay data: for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, coin ledger, spins, bonus records and claims immediately; backups roll off within 30 days.
- Server and security logs: up to 90 days.
- Analytics data: according to our Google Analytics retention setting (14 months).
7. Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from your account page using Delete my account. You can also email privacy@skinclubusa.com.
8. Your US state privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA, and Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you;
- Delete your personal information;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Obtain a portable copy of your information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of sharing for advertising, use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or enable Global Privacy Control;
- Limit use of sensitive personal information: we use your date of birth only to verify your age; and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email privacy@skinclubusa.com or use the account page. We will verify your request by confirming control of your account email. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if the appeal is denied you may contact your state attorney general.
In the past 12 months we collected the categories of information described in section 1 (identifiers, internet activity, approximate geolocation, inferences limited to eligibility checks, and age) for the purposes in section 2, and disclosed them to the service providers in section 3. We have not sold personal information.
9. Not for anyone under 21
The Service is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. Signups with a date of birth under 21 are refused. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 21, we will delete the account and its data. If you believe this has happened, contact privacy@skinclubusa.com.
10. Security
We use encryption in transit, row-level access controls on our database, server-side handling of all coin balances and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes
We will post any changes here with a new version number and "Last updated" date. If changes are material, signed-in players will be asked to review them on their next visit.
